Gradiant announced the launch of a true branding as a renewal of their founders’ original vision. At the heart is a calibration of Gradiant’s vision, a new visual identity, and a new website – to underscore where Gradiant is today, and where we are heading. Water is our most precious resource.

Gradiant has been named to Forbe's list of America’s Best Startup Employers 2023, recognizing its commitment to employee satisfaction, innovation, and company growth. With over 900 employees globally, Gradiant continues to lead in sustainable water treatment solutions while cultivating an empowering workplace culture.

Gradiant has been named to the 2023 Global Cleantech 100 list for its impact in industrial water solutions. By integrating a Gradiant wastewater system with SmartOps AI, a patented AI platform for asset performance management, it will harness machine learning to optimally treat the most complex industrial processes and wastewater streams with fewer maintenance costs, operation costs, and higher recovery.

Gradiant experienced exceptional growth in 2022, increasing its global team by over 40% to 525 employees, more than doubling revenue, and reaching a contract backlog exceeding $150 million. These milestones reflect Gradiant’s impact and expanding global presence.

Gradiant’s 2019 marked a breakthrough in industrial water treatment with global deployment of CFRO and CGE technologies, key PFAS removal work, and market expansion across Asia, the Middle East, and North America. From ZLD contracts to new pilots, Gradiant delivered tangible environmental impact and enters 2020 poised for sustained innovation and growth.
